How do we want to work and what will the future of work look like? These are questions that many HR managers grapple with. The answers could be found at HR FESTIVAL europe, Switzerland's largest event for HR professionals. We were also there as exhibitors.

On 15,000 m² in four halls, visitors were greeted by over 200 exhibitors with presentations of new products and services, creative solutions and future HR trends. Inspiration and ideas were also found in the topics of the various keynotes, masterclasses and numerous presentations. The topics included: 

• Factors for success in sustainable digital HR transformation
• Future skills & upskilling – the future skills challenge
• Human connection in hybrid-work environments
• Moments that matter – the next level of employee engagement
• HR changes: why flexwork is the future

Alongside internationally prominent keynote speakers such as Jonas Kjellberg, Jean-Claude Biver and Martin Wezowski, a further highlight of the two-day HR FESTIVAL europe was the Swiss HR Awards ceremony with live pitches. All organisations, both large and small, were eligible to participate in the awards. An unusual aspect was that the expert jury allowed the audience to make the final decision.
