Good morning, I would like to introduce myself first, my name is Marta Zapparato and I’m an Italian girl who studies at the HSLU- Hochschule Luzern. For my Master Thesis I’m looking for people to interview.

The Thesis is about: Employee Mental Health in Organizations: An Analysis of Health Organizational Leadership. I will describe it for you here: Initial situation and problem definition Employee mental health is increasingly recognized as a key factor for organizational success and sustainability. However, not all organizations adopt specific practices or models to promote their employees' psychological well-being. Health organizational leadership represents a theoretical and practical approach that aims to integrate employee mental health and well-being into organizational management, with positive impacts for both workers and the organization. This thesis explores whether and how organizations implement such leadership models to support employee mental health, and which specific models are adopted. If they do not, this research will investigate why organizations might choose not to adopt these models and what barriers or resistances might exist. Aim of the work and expected results The main objective of this research is to explore organizations' interest in employee mental health through the adoption of health organizational leadership models. The specific objectives are: To analyze if organizations are interested in employee mental health through well-being-oriented leadership models. To identify which health organizational leadership models are used and how they are applied in the workplace. To investigate the reasons why some organizations do not adopt these models, exploring leaders’ and employees’ perceptions of the benefits and challenges of implementing them.
