1. Attraktive Unternehmenskultur: Werte, Teamgeist und ein starker Purpose.
2. Klare Arbeitgebermarke (EVP): Authentisches Versprechen an die Mitarbeiter.
3. Transparente Kommunikation: Offenheit im Unternehmen und Recruiting.
4. Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit:
Feedback, Weiterentwicklung, Engagement.
5. Work-Life-Balance:
Flexible Arbeitsmodelle und Gesundheitsförderung.
6. Reputation:
Positive Online-Bewertungen und aktive Social Me...
Un bon employer branding repose sur plusieurs éléments clés qui, ensemble, créent une image cohérente, authentique et attrayante de l’entreprise. Ces éléments doivent à la fois refléter la culture interne de l'organisation et répondre aux attentes des talents que l’entreprise souhaite attirer et retenir.
